Hello, my name is a Josh Burchardt. I am a health coach offering both online and in person consultation services based out of Athens, Georgia.

Years ago, during a period of time I did not a coach to instruct me due to an injury taking me away from my sports team temporarily, I found I didn’t know how to do any sort of training on my own. After this, I began learning how to retrain myself for optimal performance and discovered an interest in human biology and developed a passion for studying it. But what I initially found starting out was a mess of information that took years to decipher. As time went on, I slowly gained more confidence in making heads or tails of all the contradicting information. As I eventually transitioned out of sports, the focus grew more heavily on general health and wellbeing. Originally, I did these things to better myself, but noticed everyone around me could benefit from sharing this knowledge. So, after years of helping friends and family with various health issues and improving athleticism I would like to bring this to a broader audience. My goal is to provide as wide a range of practical information as possible by being someone who has mapped out and synergized systemic disciplines, rather than being a hyper focused specialist who can only help you with a small piece of the puzzle. Whatever your goals, I can help you in anything to do with nutrition, holistic lifestyle factors, smart supplementation, sports training, resistance training programs, general physical fitness, and the like. I have over a decade of training experience around Olympic level coaches and athletes, years of experience training myself at a national and international level of competition, and close to a decade of various types of coaching positions for sports at both the recreational and competitive levels. I also am a certified personal trainer and possess a naturopathic counselor certification. My line of work outside of this is working as a firefighter and an A-EMT, something I feel fortunate to be able to do day in and day out.
